Domain Name Management

We are a TAG holder for Nominet, the UK Domain Registry Organisation. As a Registrar of .UK Domains, Ovets Media is able to offer a completely managed Domain registration service to registrants.

UK Domain Registration

All UK Domain registrations are controlled by Nominet and all registrations are governed by their Terms and Conditions. Nominet also provides a Dispute Resolution Service which helps to resolve issues and complaints regarding the ownership or use of a UK Domain:

Domain Expiry

We will contact you within 14 days before your domain is due to expire to see if you would like to renew the domain name.

Pricing

We charge £12 for a .uk domain name. This price is for 1 year registration. - Special offers may be applied from time to time based on packages and and also any offers direct from Nominet. Prices are subject to change, any existing customers will be given at least 30 days notice of these changes.        

Domain Complaints and Abuse Reports

Should you have a complaint regarding the registration or renewal process, or the use of any Domain under our control, please contact us directly at help@ovets.uk Should you suspect any Domain under our control to be used illegally, or you think is abusive, offensive or discriminatory in any way please also contact us direcly at abuse@ovets.uk

Customer Service

We respond to customer contacts within 1 business days.

If a customer feels they need to make a complaint they can do so by emailing us at help@ovets.uk. Complaints will be acknowledged with within 2 business days and a resolution or action taken as soon as practically possible. 

Domain Name TAG Transfer

If at any time you wish to transfer control of your domain name to another service provider (onto their TAG) then we do not charge for the TAG transfer process. As long as your account is up to date with then the TAG transfer will take place within 2 business days of your transfer request.
